Integrity also meant building self-reliance. Revenues grew, the asset base expanded, and long-term plans were anchored on the corporation’s own resources rather than dependence. That discipline came from controlling costs, growing income and cutting waste. Investment in digital tools and stronger customer service made response faster and more transparent.
